Welcome to DeMama.co.uk. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of goods from us. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. About Us This website is operated by Virginia P., trading as demama.co.uk. We operate as a registered Sole Trader in the United Kingdom. Our contact email address is gina[at]demama.co.uk.
2. Handmade Products & Variations
We take great pride in our natural, handcrafted bags, clothing, and jewellery. Because each item is individually made by hand, slight variations in texture, colour, and size may occur.
Images: We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, embracing their natural and raw textures. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the true colour of the physical product.
Uniqueness: Minor imperfections are not considered faults; they are the natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship.
3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This email does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between us is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order (e.g., if an item is out of stock or if there is a pricing error).
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and exclude delivery costs, which will be added at checkout. As a Sole Trader, we are currently not registered for VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, product designs, graphics, and text, is the exclusive property of demama.co.uk. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or use any of our images or designs for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to goods purchased from us is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profits or business interruption.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using this site, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
