Because every bag, garment, and jewellery piece is 100% handmade, no two items will ever be absolutely identical—and this is part of their charm. Minor imperfections or variations in stitch and texture are completely natural for handcrafted items. Additionally, please note that the exact colours may vary slightly depending on your device's screen and display settings.

We include specific care instructions in the product description for each individual item, as different yarns and materials need different care. However, as a general rule to keep the natural fibres looking their best, we recommend gentle hand-washing in cool water using a mild detergent. Do not wring or twist the items—gently squeeze out excess water and lay them flat to dry away from direct heat or sunlight. Please do not tumble dry.

Yes, we love creating pieces that fit you perfectly! Since everything is made by hand in London, we can often accommodate custom sizes or specific colour requests for our crocheted garments. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss the details and production time.

No, you are welcome to use our 'Guest Checkout' for a quick and easy purchase. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history and check out faster next time.

Ready-to-ship items (like most of our jewellery) are dispatched within 2-3 working days. For our made-to-order crocheted clothing, please allow 7-10 working days for your item to be lovingly handcrafted before it is dispatched to you.

Currently, we operate exclusively as an online boutique and do not have a physical storefront for collections. However, because we dispatch locally from London, our delivery times within the city are very fast once the item is ready!

Due to UK hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery (such as earrings) unless the item arrives faulty. For all other standard items (bags and ready-made clothing), you can return them in their original, unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Custom-made items are non-refundable.
