Your Statutory Rights (The 14-Day Rule) Under UK consumer law, you have the right to change your mind and return standard items within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you notify us, you have another 14 days to send the item back to us.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please email us at gina[at]demama.co.uk with your order number. We will provide you with the return shipping address.
Exceptions (What Cannot Be Returned) Due to the handmade nature of our products and UK hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:
Pierced Jewellery (Earrings): For hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are faulty.
Custom or Bespoke Orders: Any crocheted bag or garment made specifically to your measurements or colour preferences.
Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached. Please handle the crocheted textures with care.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will include the standard delivery cost, but the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.
